Subscription Concerts Salzburg

Ever since its inception, the subscription series of the Camerata Salzburg has aimed to accompany its audience through the musical year on the highest artistic level. We see names like Louis Langrée, Gérard Korsten, Alexander Lonquich, all of whom need no introduction.

For the season 2011/12, we have planned a series of concerts under the title of "The Gateway to the East". Throughout the year we will focus on european composers like Tschaikowsky, Strawinsky and Prokofjew. And of course the programmes include works of the Vienna classic, the key repertoire of the Camerata Salzburg.

Further the Abo will be extend with one of the most talented percussionists, Martin Grubinger. Within the next four seasons Martin Grubinger is "artistc partner" of the Camerata Salzburg and will present two concerts each season focusing on percussion music repertoire.
